Subway

The guy that was working tonight was very rude (December 19th, 20:30). No greeting at the beginning. When I said I’m here to pick up my food, he went straight to say how I’m not Thomas, and they didn’t get my order, I should sort it out with Lieferando. Even when I showed him the order number as well as the fact that I paid for it, he proceeded to say that I’m either at the wrong Subway, or that I should immediately contact Lieferando, and there’s nothing he can do. Now, I do understand stress, but there was no one at that moment there, he was preparing food for some guy named Thomas, and there were 3 employees in total working. I understand also that one can not get an order, maybe some mishap with the system, however he could have asked his colleagues if they perhaps prepared my food. He’s rude attitude of not even trying to help me out is what stood out for me the most. After I sat there for 5 minutes, and tried to contact the Lieferando customer service, he found my order on a table next to the cash register. I go there every once in awhile, but I have never encountered such unfriendly, unpleasant, unprofessional employee.

I visited Subway yesterday(28. July 2023, ~08:40) with family. I asked for toilet tocken. He denied. I told him to let my family use the toilet, and I'm ordering, he denied. I asked for the name of the owner, and he told me he is Bangladeshi. I don't understand the mentality of that person. But it was neither Subwas's nor Austian hospitality.
